![]() ![]() ![]() This is a typical mini tire with square corners between side walls and running surface. How much traction do you think you'd get when your mini is laid over in a turn on this edge? These will dump you on your head-stay away from them. Mini Bike Race Tires & Tubes Mini bike tires are a dime a dozen. Good handling tires are not easy to find. Most mini tires have a square profile or an un-aggressive street pattern. A squared off tire with a pronounced corner (where side walls and running surface meet), is an evil product. When you corner the bike rolls up on that edge and reduces the contact patch (and friction) and a likely result is you'll crash to mother earth. The same outcome comes from street pattern tires. They don't have a cross cut pattern-the pattern runs in line with the bike. These tires don't have sufficient traction or turning edges. Look closely at my tires. You'll see they are well rounded and the trials pattern has lots of cutting edges for traction and self cleaning. These are the best racing mini tires I have found. They are the best for dirt and tar. |
