The Mini Champ

I designed this body after the famous Doug Schwerma Champion framed flat track motorcycles in the 70s and 80s. It has more of a motorcycle style and really makes a mini look good. My glass tends to be on the thick side which is good-it's stronger and can take abuse but it needs adult care. If you are going to let the kids ride the mini-get a Wedge instead (there's less sticking out to break.) The mini Champ fits narrow old world minis.

Mini Champ Frame package

The Mini Champ body frame package is designed for more mature riders for the simple reason the fender extends to the rear. It is my feeling that younger kids would have that smashed up in about 20 minutes. You should really get the 10" wheels for this package. They offer a higher sitting position for taller riders and a bigger tire offers more "suspension." (try tire pressure in the area of 7 to 12 pounds.) Now to confuse you a bit-the frame you see in the photo is not the one I'm offering with this package. Go to the Mini Wedge page to see the frame.

10" race style tire and split rim chrome wheels. These large tires provide an extra measure of "suspension" when tire pressures are maintained at lower levels
