PHIL LITTLE'S TOYS

1974 XL 250 Honda-Vintage MX Bike

I finished this bike after a 5 year build. I built it for vintage motocross but now I think I am too old for that kind of riding. It had a stock frame with a lowered cradle for better handling from lowered CG. The swing arm was lengthened to track straighter in the whoops. I altered steering head to 26 degrees for quicker turning. The airbox, seat and exhaust were hand made in my 'spare time'. Custom paint and upholstery. I chose Maico tank and fenders 'cause I just love that Teutonic look. Engine mods - 312 kit. Never rode it. I sold it to a Sturgis museum but later saw it on an auction site.
